Welcome to my site! For you all that know me, you know that I express myself through writing. For you all that didn’t know…Surprise!

I’ve created a site that will allow my friends, family and others who may be interested to view my work. I will post a new poem once a month under the “Latest and Greatest Poem” tab, and feel free to post comments about that particular piece. Hopefully you all can relate to the many feelings and emotions in my poetry that life has allowed me to venture through. I am a child of God, but I do have my ups and downs being human as well; so all hypocrites please keep that in mind as you read.

The “Just A Thought Articles” tab is where I will blog articles once a month about interesting subjects or topics that are on my mind or on a guest writers mind. Please feel free to comment. This is an open forum and all comments are welcome, but please let’s be respectful!   Sidebar: Neither I, nor my guest writers proclaim to be experts on the topics talked about. Most of us are not professional bloggers either. The writing done here is for entertainment purposes only, if you learn something along the way that is always a blessing!

Speaking of blessings, I have been blessed to be surrounded by many talented people in my life, check out their websites under the “Blogroll” tab to see what my circle of friends have going on in their businesses. You may just find something you need!

Pieces of My Mind

Let me let you into a piece of my mind,
This you will find
Truly amazing,
As my thoughts are racing,
And ideas are constantly pacing,
Back and forth,
Like a person that is nervous…
Don’t I deserve this?
I mean my own page,
I can’t even gage how far this may take me,
But will it make me?
Nah, I doubt it…
As I shout out a piece of my mind,
Most of its kind, and other thoughts are just me unwinding,
Trying to breath,
As I ease into my writing,
Giving you a piece of me,
Just a thought or three…
Ideas formed, a woman scorned,
But never torn,
Found Jesus then reborn.
Like puzzle pieces scattered,
A broken mirror shattered,
The pieces of my mind are tattered,
But definitely one of a kind.
So sit back and read the pieces of my mind.
